Who Would Have Guessed That Every Major Politician Who Has Visited Ukraine In 2022 Is A Member Of The World Economic Forum ?
And that includes new WEF member Simon Coveney 🧵 by Threads Irish
Since February 2022, with the abrupt termination of all things Covid, Ukraine took over the spotlight. What is highly unusual about the Ukraine/Russia conflict is the amount of foreign politicians who have flown into Ukraine to witness the devastation first-hand. In years gone by they would have stayed at home, watching from the safety of the sidelines.
But let’s have a look at who has paid President Zelenskyy a visit. First though we need to talk about NATO. NATO has had a central role to play in the conflict.
Russia blames the Ukraine war on the NATO alliance according to Sky News.
On the NATO web site it says
“NATO condemns in the strongest possible terms Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine - which is an independent, peaceful and democratic country, and a close NATO partner. The Alliance calls on President Putin to stop this war immediately, withdraw all his forces from Ukraine without conditions and engage in genuine diplomacy”
https://www.nato.int/cps/en/natohq/topics_192648.htm
NATO also say their goal is to “guarantee the freedom and security of its members through political and military means”

NATO is also a member of the World Economic Forum
Some very high profile politicians have also visited war-torn Ukraine.
Boris Johnson went walkabout without a care in the world in downtown Kyiv. You would have expected him to be kitted out appropriately with at least a flak jacket to protect him instead of a suit and tie. Boris is also a WEF member.
Ireland’s very own Simon Coveney, Minister For Foreign Affairs wrote on Twitter: "A residential area in Bucha yesterday, 25 mins from centre of Kyiv. This is what Russia’s war on Ukraine looks like. Ireland will do all we can to support Ukraine and to end this aggression through tougher sanctions, accountability for Russian actions & intensive diplomacy."

Coveney is also a frequent visitor to Bilderberg meetings and has also just joined the official ranks of the WEF.
EU Parliamentary President, Ursula Von Der Leyen couldn’t conceal her shock on her visit to the Ukraine when she was shown body bags. Von Der Leyen is also WEF.
There are many more though who have also visited Ukraine since the outbreak of the war such as
Mark Rutte - Prime Minister of the Netherlands https://www.weforum.org/agenda/authors/mark-rutte
Valdis Dombrovskis - Ex Prime Minister Of Latvia https://www.weforum.org/people/valdis-dombrovskis
Mateusz Morawiecki - Prime Minister Of Poland https://www.weforum.org/people/mateusz-morawiecki
Wopke Hoekstra - Deputy Prime Minister of the Netherlands https://www.weforum.org/people/wopke-hoekstra
Annalena Baerbock - Minister for Foreign Affairs of Germany https://www.weforum.org/people/annalena-baerbock

Last but not least is President Zelenskyy himself who is also a WEF member
Every single one of these politicians would seem to be under instructions to publicly display their support for President Zelenskyy by visiting Ukraine.
Surely it’s just another coincidence that all are members of one of the most influential bodies in the world not only for Ukraine but also in times of Covid. The World Economic Forum.
